All major components are enclosed by the jacket to present a clean, streamlined appearance. In addition, by placing the drafthood at the rear of the boiler, the over-all height of the G-60 is kept at a low 66Vk" for all models. Constructed of durable cast iron sections, bearing the A.S.M.E. stamp of approval, the G-60 is available in 6 to 41 section sizes. For convenience, two to five 6" flow and return tappings provide flexibility of piping installation. All sections are tested for 50 psi water working pressure, with 80 psi water working pressure available on special order. The multiple section design of the G-60 permits almost exact sizing of boilers in a wide range of installations. By varying the number of sections, it is possible to obtain various inputs between 725,000 and 5,800,000. For time and labor-saving installation, the main gas valve and control piping are sub-assembled at the factory. Electronic controls or push-button electric ignition are optional. The G-60 is also available with dual gas equipment for natural and propane gases. Dual Gas Equipment--manifold design arrangement as Electronic Controls-completely enclosed in an attrac illustrated above. Includes two distinct sets of controls tive, compact, space-saving panel. Provides a centrally p.-: for propane and natural gas. Furnished with one set of located control center with factory-wired switches and ribbon burners to eliminate the need of changing spuds indicator lights with terminal for connection of all or burners when changeover is desired. Also available operating controls, limit controls, automatic valves and with outdoor adjustable thermostatic changeover control. ignition components. OF' 2 <3-SO gas fired boilers 1-- ::zzr3i rcrthooc--prevents excessive downdrafts from affecting proper combustion. Located at rear of jacket on all models to provide low over-all height of 66Vs". 2-- -.o.et--sturdy steel with smart gray finish, modern radius corners. Inner surfaces protected with heavy glass fiber insulation-prevents wasteful heat loss, keeps jacket cool. 3-- : = :m left hand end steam trim is standard equipment. Right hand end steam trim available on order. 4-- vutcmstic tas "alves--A.GA approved, electrically operated, automatic diaphragm type valve. Can be man ually operated in case of current interruptions.5 5-- ua ccnccy--formsgas-tightconnections between boiler flue passages and drafthood. Canopy completely enclosed by boiler jacket. 6-- cast iron sections--multiple pin-like projections for maximum heat extraction. Tested for 50 psi water working pressure; 80 psi water working pressure available on special order. 7-- resetting low water cut-off (steam boilers' --located within jacket enclosure. Electrically shuts off main gas supply to burners if boiler water reaches low point Optional external types available. 8-- burners--precision made and factory tested to assure quiet, efficient operation with all gases. Cast iron, drilled port burners supplied for natural and mixed gases. Cleanable ribbon burners standard for all other gases and dual gas equipment 9-- factory assembled manifold and controls--only requires attachment to boiler. Special manifolds for dual gas equip ment and FIA and FM installations available. i)jAMERiCAN-t$tandard 3 G-60 ratings (all gases) ler number input Btu/hr for installations from sea level to 2000 ft R = R retinae: f output Btu/hr steam sq. ft. water & steam Btu/hr rcrtti. mixed G-606 G-607 G-608 G-609 G-6010 G-6011 G-6013 G-6015 G-6017 G-6019 G-6021 G-6022 G-6025 G-6028 G-6031 G-6033 G-6037 G-6041 and mcnufac: ured gases 725,000 870,000 1,015,000 1,160,000 1,305,000 1,450,000 580,000 696,000 812,000 928,000 1,044,000 1,160,000 1,740,000 2,030,000 2,320,000 2,610,000 2,900,000 1,392,000 1,624,000 1,856,000 2,088,000 2,320,000 3,045,000 3,480,000 3,915,000 4,350,000 2,436,000 2,784,000 3,132,000 3,480,000 4,640,000 5,220,000 5,800,000 3,712,000 4,176,000 4,640,000 1813 2176 2538 2901 3263 3626 4394 5201 5995 6755 7505 7880 9006 10126 11258 12002 13522 15010 435,100 522,100 . 609,200 696,200 783,200 870,200 1,054,500 1,248,300 1,438,800 1,621,100 1,801,200 1,891,300 2,161,500 2,430,100 2,701,900 2,880,400 3,245,300 3,602,500 era G-606 G-607 G-608 G-609 G-6010 G-6011 G-6013 G-6015 G-6017 G-6019 G-6021 G-6022 G-6025 G-6028 G-6031 G-6033 G-6037 G-6041 -air 650,000 780,000 910,000 1,040,000 1,170,000 1,300,000 l,56p,000 1,820,000 2,080,000 2,340,000 2,600,000 2,730,000 3,120,000 3,510,000 3,900,000 4,160,000 4,680,000 5,200,000 520,000 624,000 728,000 832,000 936,000 1,040,000 1,248,000 1,456,000 1,664,000 1,872,000 2,080,000 2,184,000 2,496,000 2,808,000 3,120,000 3,328,000 3,744,000 4,160.000 1625 1950 2276 2601 2926 3251 3901 4617 5342 6051 6729 7065 8075 9084 10093 10773 12099 13458 390,100 468,100 546,100 624,200 702,200 780,200 936,200 1,108,100 1,282,000 1,452,300 1,614,900 1,695,700 1,937,900 2,180,100 2,422,400 2,585,400 2,903,700 3,229.800 ; r z: z ^ " v.jrsi "zr.c G-606 G-607 G-608 G-609 G-6010 G-6011 G-6013 G-6015 G-6017 G-6019 G-6021 G-6022 G-6025 G-6028 G-6031 G-6033 G-6037 G-6041 650,000 780,000 910,000 1,040,000 1,170,000 1.300,000 1,560,000 1,820,000 2,080,000 2,340,000 2,600,000 2,730,000 3,120,000 3,510,000 3,900,000 4,160,000 4,680,000 5,200,000 520,000 624,000 728,000 832,000 936,000 1,040,000 1,248,000 1,456,000 1,664,000 1,872,000 2,080,000 2,184,000 2,496,000 2,808,000 3,120,000 3,328,000 3,744,000 4,160,000 1625 1950 2276 2601 2926 3251 390,100 468,100 546,100 624,200 702,200 780,200 3901 4617 5342 6051 6729 936,200 1,108,100 1,282,000 1,452,300 1,614,900 7065 8075 9084 10093 1,695,700 1,937,900 2,180,100 2,422,400 10773 12099 13458 2,585,400 2,903,700 3,229,800 4% for each 1000 ft above sea level, A For ailiiuaes aoove *wv The ratings of these boilers represent the -----------maximum net loads that may be connected to the boilers.
