I am no longer the engineering manager for AFFF since taking over the Damage and Fire Recoverability Warrant. I am forwarding your request to Mary Hunstad in my group (cc'd). She is the technical warrant for ship fire protection systems which includes our AFFF.
Hopefully she or someone in her tech pyramid can provide assistance.
