The Administrator is going to be out west next week and would like to come to Utah to do a few events around WOTUS. Ideally, he would like to visit with Governor Herbert, visit a location impacted by the 2015 rule, and co-host a roundtable discussion with the Governor and impacted parties. The schedule is still being built out; however, we would be in Utah on Tuesday, July 17th. Is the Governor available to meet with the Administrator to discuss the next steps in the WOTUS rule making process? Also, would he be willing it participate in a site visit and roundtable?
