Can you share with us what the next steps regarding the CPP will be? As you know, our national association, the NRECA, is supportive of some replacement of the CPP with a more reasonable approach. What is the process underway to get achievable regulations in place in the next few years? Is it accurate that much of the country is within emissions set under the CPP? If so, doesn't that negate the need for the plan anyway? And doesn't that lead to the larger question of "do we need government intervention in the energy marketplace at all" with regards to renewable energy?
