This has led to an agree ment by Messrs. Heller, Marcum and Winer that Development Engineering should organize and coordinate the necessary work to find substitutes for all LPA applications that use asbestos containing materials. Mr. C. R, Ruffing has been assigned this task and will be spending approximately 80$ of his time for at least the next 6 months working on these problems. Attached you will find a detailed program put together by Mr. Ruffing. In order to carry this out it will be necessary for the managers of all involved sections or departments to assign someone to work with Mr. Ruffing to the extent indicated in his program.
