I do lunch last week, I suggested to Lisa Nelson that you be a speaker at ALEC's forthcoming December meeting, but Lisa beat me to the punch so to speak. I am so glad that you will be speaking at the ALEC Meeting and maybe if there is a minute you might stop by our Civil Justice Task Force. I think would be interesting if you and I could have an open discussion about the reverse impact on tort law caused by deregulation, namely "regulation through litigation" where courts feel that if the official agencies do not act, they should by changing the tort law.. Guards must be up to stop that practice I think you would enjoy meeting (b)(6) and if you did you might have thoughts about whera talents could be used best in this Administration.
