This waiver is granted under the following conditionss 1. The following increments of progress for construction of equipment to achieve compliance with the standards must be attained no later than the dates specified as follows: a Purchase order issued June 1, 1987 b. On-site construction started November 1, 1987 c On-site installation completed January 1, 1988 d. Final ccnplianoe achieved February 1, 1988 2e Mr. James T. Wilburn, Chief, Air Ccnplianoe Branch, EPA Region IV must be notified in writing no later than 10 days after each increment has been achieved. 3. IXiring the period of the waiver, an emission test demonstrating compliance with the standards must be performed on the affected equipment with test methods pursuant to 40 CFR 61.245 and an emission test report submitted as set forth in 40 CFR 61.13. If at any time EEA determines that your source is creating a situation of iminent endangerment, this office will notify you as to what steps are necessary to prevent inminent endangerment. Such steps must be taken by the date provided in such notice. This waiver may be terminated at anytime if the above conditions are not met. Failure to meet condition (4) above will be grounds for imnediate termination of this waiver.
