I am glad to say that his suggestion was picked up in this office and was referred to the Mine Safety Appliances Co. on December 19. We have a reply from them dated December 27, which reads as follows: "We appreciate your letter of December 19th calling to our attention an ad ivhich appeared in the "Re finer and Natural Gasoline Manufacturer" in regard to equipment being worn by the men in the photo graph. We T/ill be only too glad to have our pictures con form to the Ettyl Gasoline Standards, even if we have to go to the extent of picking more carefully our location for taking pictures".
