'- The minutes of the previous meeting of January 19, 1959 were atrorcved. ELECTION OF OFFIC: A motion was regularly made, seconded and unanimously carried that Jean Vuilleques be elected to fill the unexpired term of the late John D. Bradley for the following offices: President of the Lead Industries Association Chairman of the Board of Directors Member of the Executive Committee Chairman of the Executive Committee Mr. Vuillecuez then assumed the chair. INVESTMENT OF FUNDS A motion was regularly made, seconded and unanimously approved that the secretary-treasurer invest $50,000.00 of research funds and ,320,000.00 of the Industry Development Fund in savings accounts in as many of the following savings banks as may be necessary: LI A 02 8 2 8
