The diagnosis of Asbestosis has been confirmed for this employee, but further health complications have manifested. The man has confirmed cancer of the colon and liver, the prognosis is very poor. The employee knows there is no relation between this problem and the asbestosis, but is filing a claim under the Texas Comp Act for the asbestosis so that if he does beat the other problem, this claim will be on file. After talking to Jim Sansing at American General l advised the employee to file the claim in Texas, but if we wind up with attorney representation they probably will attempt to subrogate the claim back to Ohio due to the higher rates as welt as alleged exposure levels in that area. mw xc: B.
