Dear Doctor:
Re: Industrial Clinic, Thetford Klnes.
After some hesitation, 1mowing the amount of work
you have to perform, I an mailing to you the series of Kedical Forms we propose to use in our Industrial Clinic. I am doing so because I know your wide experlenoe in that field and also because I imagine you could manage to have the help of the necessary technical staff.
If possible I would greatly appreciate your oomuents,
your suggestions as far as the essential matter and the technical appearance of these forms are concerned. Also I would like to '] receive a copy of a tom you would recommend to use in any case
of Tuberculosis accidentally discovered during our routine work.
The Industrial Clinic in Thetford did progress very slowly in the past but now it looks like we will start operating
for good on November 1st.
Be assured that I consider myself very lucky to have
your valuable co-operation and in return I would be only too glad to be of any help as small as it may be in a survey or study you would propose to make in Thetford !ines
