Re have a case involving an ailing working-man who contacted lead poisoning while working as an employee in a battery manufacturing plant. The employer, ns well as its Insurance carrier, are very dubious as to,first, that the environment in which the subject working-man was working could have caused lead poisoning and, second, that no residual or harm ful after-effects could have resulted even if he did contract lead poisoning.
