MR. SMYTH: Your earlier questions of this
7 witness on the testimony established that Woodward was
8 merged into Mead, so in 1974 when Mead has entered into
9 an agreement with ASARCO, Mead is Woodward at that
10 point, and that's my only clarification on that,
11 C l e t u s .

Q. But whether you're talking about the
15 agreements, that's all you've got to go on, right?

I have the documents. That is correct.

Right. And so what we know from that one
18 agreement where Mead sells its stock to ASARCO is that
19 whatever Mead had that is related to CAPCO was left
20 behind with ASARCO, right?

A. According to the document, thatis correct.

Q. All right. That's not the same thing as
23 whatever Woodward had or Mead had at Woodward
24 facilities regarding CAPCO, correct?

Woodward was Mead.
