This Transite removal was necessary before the zinc baghouse could be removed. 2. Invoice #5020 for $32,172.00. Total Contracting Services. The rerouting of the fire water line was necessary to bypass the zinc baghouse and zinc kiln area. The original fire water line went through the zinc kiln area and tied into the acid plant fire water line to form a loop around the plant. This fire water line had to be relocated to allow for the demolition of the zinc baghouse and kiln area. 3. Invoice #5021 for $66,991.00. Total Contracting Services. Rerouting of a 2" natural gas line and a 6" air line was necessary to bypass the dross reverberatory area and the blast furnace area. The 2" gas line and 6" air line go through the middle of the lead plant to service the sample mill area. It was necessary to reroute these lines to permit demolition of the dross reverberatory area and the blast furnace area, and still maintain the southwest portion of the plant. 4. Invoice #6381 for $31,724.67. Mosher Enterprises, Inc. This invoice was for the electrical work required in the relocation of the cottrell pugmill baghouse fan, flues and screw conveyors. The original pugmill baghouse was located between the zinc plant cooling tubes and the zinc baghouse. The pugmill baghouse fan, flues, and screw conveyors had to be relocated to permit the demolition of the zinc baghouse and cooling tubes. Total was employed to fabricate and install a 3" natural gas line from the powerhouse to the pumphouse and tie in to the line which bypasses the lead plant. This line is necessary to bypass the lead plant and service the sample mill area. 2. Invoices #5026 for $3,870.00 and #5025 for $17,624.00. Total Contracting Services. This is for labor and materials required to relocate a 6" fire water line. This 6" fire water line was removed from the roaster structure and buried, bypassng the roaster building and flues en route to service fire protection to #10, #13, and #14 conveyor belts. 3. Invoice #97019 for $10,875. Gemco Construction, Inc. Gemco was contracted to remove the black masting, which contains asbestos, from the breaching between the lead stack and the sinter plant baghouse. This was required prior to removal of the lead sinter plant baghouse. 4. Invoice #97009 for $19,750.00. Gemco Construction, Inc. This is for the removal of the black masting, which contains asbestos, that cocoons the lead blast furnace baghouse discharge stacks.
