OSHA has agreed that our warning label is adequate for existing bags; but on "plain" bags, we do not identify the contents as asbestos. It is this fact that we have overlooked. . Therefore, until plain bags with the prescribed OSHA warning statement are in use, you should stamp all existing plain bags with "CONTAINS ASBESTOS" on the front face above the warning label. This should meet the intent of the OSHA regulations. Even though many of these bags are used for shipments to Holland, I think we should stamp aiI of them to avoid any possibility of a citation. /cvb UCC 012761
