Please find attached two documents for your information. In summary the documents are:
Phys-chem studies on EEA-NH4 - this reports has the latest water solubility and partition coefficient results on EEA-NH4. This study was part of the phys-chem properties studies we initiated to address inconsistencies in our EEA-NH4 REACH registration that were noted by the EA (we were already aware of them and knew we need to address these). The plan is to update the EU-REACH registration in H1 2022 and this data will be made public as part of that process.
Ecospan summary report - this provides a brief summary of the hydrodynamic modelling, direct toxicity assessment and ecological survey and concludes that effluent discharge from Hillhouse is not having a significant effect within the Wyre estuary.
