Inspector observed CapturePoint, LLC run tubing in well OS4674000 to 450 feet below the surface and attempt to squeeze 100 sacks of cement. The well would not accept
cement squeeze. 50 sacks of cement (2 % calcium) were circulated to the surface from
450 feet. Cement was observed standing at the surface with no fallback.
