' Report also finds mechanical (flapper) sanding of the spigot end should be reduced, and minimal respiratory protection is needed during sawing and sanding. Further, the study found that stationary cutting should be done in areas with local exhaust ventilation and that other cutting/sanding measures should be investigated to lower exposure.
