Senate Commerce Committee Nominee Questionnaire, 119th Congress Instructions for the nominees: The Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation (the "Committee") requests that you provide typed answers to each of the following questions. Do not leave any questions blank. Type "None" or "Not Applicable" if a question does not apply to you. Begin each section (i.e., "A", "B", etc.) on a new sheet of paper. Electronically submit your completed questionnaire to the Committee in PDF format and ensure that sections A through E of the completed questionnaire are in a text searchable format and that any hyperlinks are active and can be clicked.
