Upon motion the following applications for appro priations were unanimously approved: $20,000.00: 750.00: 0O3.9S: 587.S3: 1,451.00: Morris P. Kirk & Son, Inc.; installation of additional Barton unit in Oxide Plant. St. Iouls Smelting & Refining Works; purchase of 100 h.p. motor, Tri-State District. Titanium Division - Sayreville Plant Repairs to motor 42928, Contact Plant, Repairs to motor #2929, Contact Plant. Titanium Division - St. Louis Plant; supple mentary, repairs to covers of precipitation tanks. Upon motion duly made and seconded the following resolution was unanimously adopted: RESOLVED, that the pension at the rate of $30*00 b month previously granted to Mrs. Anna Ridge, widow of James R. Ridge, Atlantic Works, Atlantic Branch, he continued for the term of one year expiring May , 1944, to oe pa.id hy the Pension and Life Insurance Board in accordance with its established rules and practice. By unanimous consent approval was given to the pro posal of the Titanium Division to dispose of the unused Patterson lime mixer, now at the MacIntyre Development, on the terms out lined in Mr. I. D.
