Pi-. Vi. B. Hutchinson, Willard Storage Battery Company , 246 Bast l^lst Street, Cleveland 1, Ohio.
Bear Dr. Hutchinson:
X am sending you herewith the.-rennlts of the analyses made on the blood and urine off'
As you will note, the lead concentration in both blood and urine are at elevated levels that demonstrate that this man's occupational lead exposure was hazardous. These levels are quite compatible with the diagnosis of lead poisoning, although they do not necessarily imply that this is the nature of the illness from which the patient is apparently suffering. I take it from your* report that the symptoms complained of are not explained obviously by some other cause and that in all probability they are due to toxic absorption of lead. Analy tical findings may, therefore,be considered as confirmatory.
X enclose herewith a bill to cover the cost of our services, although X assume that you will arrange so that our invoice will te submitted to the Ohio Industrial Commission in due course.
Very truly yours.
