I have read that this deadly dangerous chemical has been flagged by the EPA for a number of years for removal from the market. I also understand that there are at least 31 companies around the country who supply it. Apparently, they would like to continue doing so. was equipped with a ventilator, wearing protective gloves and working in a ventilated thereby using this toxic chemical in paint stripper according to instructions. As you know, he is one of an estimated 40 or more deaths due to DCM exposure. It is time that you take decisive, unequivocal action to remove this chemical from those who are in [deadly] harms way. Please let me know what you are planning to do to remove DCM from the market. Your prior unsuccessful efforts in, what appears to be, favor of company profits and pressure must change in favor of those who have died and those who remain in harms way. I appreciate your prompt attention to this most critical matter and look forward to hearing from you on action that you will undertake to ensure that DCM will be removed from the market.
