Re: Dear Roy:
SPI v. EPA; EPA Follow-up on Settlement Agreement
Enclosed is a status report filed with the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in keeping with the settlement agreement we entered into with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in our challenge to the Agency's amendments to the vinyl chloride standard under the Clean Air Act. The status report indicates that EPA's Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards has begun drafting a rulemaking notice proposing the revisions we negotiated.
know.
If you have any comments or questions, please let me
Cordially yours,
Peter L. de la Cruz
