My view of a quorum is a minimum of 51 % of the 12 and more preferably the 2/3 that we require of the oversight committee. I did, however, make it quite clear that was my personal, gut reaction and that Shell's official opinion would be offered after the 3 of us talked. Stu, is it possible for you to call in and participate on a call with Shan and me tomorrow morning. Let me know if you get this in time. If not, I will rely on Shan's opinion.
