These regulations became effective on April 18, 1978. As of the moment, there are no disposal sites (either incineration or burial) which have been approved by EPA. We will let you know as soon as this has been accomplished supposed to happen any day. In the interim, proper labelling and storage is necessary. - Attached is an excerpt from preliminary draft of an EPA Manual for Enforcement of PCB Regulations. Please review carefully and note the minor items that constitute violations and then note the penalties) This probably indicates that they intend to really police this regulation.
