Sample of wool taken from Gelsaar home and worked with by A. J* Ni delay and Dr* Flinn. Received: 6-7-1958 Material was analyzed in duplicate for lead by the British solubility test (1 gram sample in 1000 gms. of 0.25$ by weight hydrochloric acid.) As suggested by Mr. Hicklay, small portions of wool shaken to free them from straw etc* were weighed out for us. Results Sample i-t wool used s found (Spectre- graphically) 1 1.0 3*7 2 1.0 5*h Based on the assumption of 1% lead in the original'material the test indicates the soluble lead percentage to be about 35/ in agreement with our earlier results on this material* Reported: 6-9-1938 1 N9663
