This will require permission of the Court and I ask that you prepare the stipulated order. This is also to confirm that Nevada Power has requested that the following depositions of G.E. officials be retaken because of lack of witness preparation and/or tardy provision of documents for the deposition: 1. PMK on warnings to trade associations, etc. 2. PMK on record retention/destruction. 3. Dr. Brown. We hope that you might also stipulate to more timely production of relevant documents should the witnesses review any further documents before any of the above depositions take place. We have called Judge Leavitt's chambers and he is unavailable on Monday. We are advised that the Judge may be available Monday at 2:30 p.m. PST and is relatively free on Tuesday until 1:30 PST if we are unable to resolve these matters before then.
