Lauderdale, Florida, to determine the facility's compliance status with RCRA and applicable regulations. Enclosed is the EPA RCRA inspection report which indicated that deficiencies of RCRA were discovered during the inspection. A copy of the report has been forwarded to the FDEP for follow-up and further review.
