Some of the documents identified below and enclosed may already have been provided to USEPA. In addition, there are documents referenced in the enclosed materials that we possess but are not, at this time, able to forward to USEPA because they have been marked "confidential" under the terms of a Stipulated Protective Order entered in the litigation through which the documents were obtained.
