Please confirm that I should be in direct communication with Kathy Coyle, per her letter. Since you are not copied on her letter, nor is anyone else from Union Carbide, I thought it prudent to ask for this confirmation, especially since we have previously communicated with Kemper National Insurance Companies on the claim (see my letter of May 23, 1990, copy attached). Also, is a "biannual litigation status report" something which Union Carbide requests, or is this a Continental Insurance report? I am not familiar with it.
