B. #92 building is to be shut down at the same time and, contingent upon project approval, revisions will be made to convert #92 building to barrier resin (Lopac) production. These revisions will be extensive and will take about 1 year to complete. c. Current plans are that #84 and #88 buildings will continue to operate for 3 and 2 years respectively, providing all goes well. The total output from these buildings will be sold to a single customer, which Is the Borden Co. This arrangement will begin in the next few days. D. Employees affected will be handled In accord with the contract. E. We need to do our best to operate all the PVC operations effectively for the remaining time.
