Box 711 Alvin, Texas 77511 Dear Byron: As a result of our meeting Thursday, We would like to make several recommendations for immediate implementation with regard to our asbestos safety program. ^ 1. Comprehensive pre-employment, annual and post employment medical examinations to be made. 2. Respirators, coveralls and gloves to be worn during all insulation stripping lobs. 3. Old asbestos insulation to be disposed of in Monsanto's dump rather than in dumpsters. 4. Monsanto to conduct a monitoring program for air borne asbestos fibers during stripping jobs. We will immediately implement Number 1 and request your help in implementing Numbers 2, 3 and 4.
