Atlanta, Georgia 30334 Attn: Biennial Reports Sirs: Attached is our Georgia Biennial Hazardous Waste Report for 1985 under our present status of "Small Quantity Generator". We actually generate only 2 to 3 pounds of "Floor Sweepings" daily in this "Warehouse" operation. This amounts to a monthly total of less than 100 pounds a month which should revise our status from S.Q.G. to NHD (Non-Handler of Hazardous Waste) and are requesting this modification via this letter. There was some talk during an inspection of our facility by your Department in 1984 about removing us from the listing as a Gen erator. We thought this had been done but find no letter of verification in our files. Our sweepings may contain low levels of asbestos, lead, formaldahide and phenol. All sweepings are bagged in plastic and labled as asbestos bearing. The bags are then sent to the landfill with our regular trash.
