Great. We are not distributing materials. There will be the standard water, coffee, and soft drinks during the conference. We are having a reception after that will have beer/wine and appetizers, but Ms. Skipwith does not have to stay for that if that is a problem. However, we would love to have her stay if she can. Let me know. Deidre

Deidre,
I have the whole day blocked off on Aurelia's calendar on Nov 30 as we work to complete the appropriate paperwork to route to the appropriate officials for approval.
I see that there is not a fee being charged for attending; however, can you tell me if there will be any food or refreshments served during this event. Also, if there are any materials being distributed for the attendees to receive please let me know if there is anything of value that needs to be approved by ethics.
I appreciate your assistance w/this and I look forward to working w/you.

I am working with the appropriate officials to gain approval for Aurelia to speak at the conference on November 30, 2017, from 1:00 - 5:30 pm.
In order to expedite the approval process, the following questions (re: conference) are routed to help facilitate the approval process:
1. Who is the sponsor or host? 2. Is the sponsor a 501(c)3 3. What is the purpose of the event? 4. Is the event a fundraiser? 5. Who has been invited? (as in nonprofit, other federal executive employees, legislative branch, etc?) 6. Approximately, how many people are expected to attend? 7. What is the monetary value of the gift of free attendance? (cost conference fee, registration fee, food, refreshments, entertainment, instruction, and materials furnished to all attendees as an integral part of the event) How was this cost determined?
Any assistance you or your staff could provide by answering these questions would be greatly appreciated.
I look forward to hearing from you.

You asked that I send you a bit more information about the event so I am following up on that.
For each of the past several years, Hunton has invited senior Administration officials from various key agencies and departments to discuss the important environmental issues facing the Administration. We've been fortunate each year to have several high level panelists (e.g., Avi
Garbow, then EPA General Counsel was our keynote last year) and we will have similar participants this year. We have about 150+ attendees each year mostly general counsels, assistant general counsels and decision makers for organizations who are knowledgeable about environmental issues. This is a closed-door event and Ms. Skipwith would have the flexibility to address the issues that she thinks are most important, interesting, or relevant. I can provide additional information if you have specific questions. We would really love to hear from her, as several of our clients are very interested in Department of Interior issues. Thanks so much.

Good morning, Gareth! You and I spoke briefly on Friday regarding the potential for David to speak at an upcoming
