What's your deadline? Thanks! Molly From: Jim Myers i Ex. 6 I Sent: WednesdayVAp7iT'4rM'8 2':56?M ' To: Press <Press@epa.gov> Subject: Media inquiry on Wyoming tour Hello, 1. Can you provide any additional info on the Administrator's comments, as reported by the Gillette News Record during his visit to Wyoming, about the export bottleneck that keeps Wyoming coal from moving to or out of the West Coast? How is EPA addressing that as a priority? 2. In February, the Administrator told the Senate EPW Committee he hoped to roll out a proposed substitute for the WOTUS rule in April or May. At his recent press round table, he spoke of the million comments EPA was obligated to go through. So, any updates on the timeline he spoke of in February? Is April still a possibility or is May more realistic? Thanks, Jim Myers The Waterways Journal Sent from my iPad Sierra Club v. EPA 18cv3472 NDCA Tier 13 ED 002061 00018216-00001
