After discussion it was on motion duly made, seconded and un&r.imcu adopted:
"RESOLVED, that the offer of Thirty Five Thousand Dollars (}5jOOO.OO) made by the Eagle-Picher Company for the purchase of / ten acres of land owned by this Company at East Chicago, Indiana, v be and it hereby is accepted,
* JIBBH RESOLVED, that the President or Vice President and Secretary or Assistant Secretary be and they hereby are author ised and empowered on behalf of the Company to execute and deliver / to the Eagle-Picher Company a deed of the following described real / estate belonging to the Company located In East Chicago, Indiana:
