The present price schedules of Pydraul A-200 are set forth in the attached price sheet, marked Exhibit 1>. The terms end conditions on Pydraul A-200 arc tha same as on Pydraul P-9 written in the subject oontraot at it has been amended from time to time. the contract la further amended to provide for the insertion of "United States of Amerioa" before the word "patent" In the fourth line of Section 13, and for the Insertion of the word "such" before the word "patent* In the fifth line of that Sec tion 13. Although we have not studied the patent situation outsIda of the United States, we oan advise you that we have been selling the Pydrauls around tha world for seven years and have encountered no olalm for patent Infringement. Said oontraot la also amended to lnolude a price for loss than oarload or truckload shipments of Pydraul P-9 and Pydraul 150. The said prices are set forth in tha attaohed price sheet, marked.
