EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt Opens SIGMA 2017 Annual Conference SIGMA: America's Leading Fuel Marketers opened its 2017 Annual Conference in Chicago with a conversation between Scott Pruitt, Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and SIGMA Vice Chairman and Legislative Committee Chair Brad Puryear, General Counsel, Mansfield Energy. Mr. Puryear opened the conversation by thanking Administrator Pruitt on behalf of the fuel marketing industry and the American public for helming EPA's quick and decisive response to Hurricanes Harvey and Irma earlier this year.
