The Hone Office has informed us that they do not keep this aaterial for more than six years, therefore, it is not possible to send copies of such forms for the years prior to 1957. However, as requested by Dr. Mancuso in a phone call to Home Office, they are attempting to get a claim listing for the years prior to 1957, but since such information is retained for only ten years, the listing will not cover death claims since the date of issue of the Croup Contract and will be restricted to 1953 or 1952. This is the best that can be done since our filing rules are 6uch to provide for the destruction of earlier xeterial, but ve trust the enclosed copies of death certificates and the listing which will follow shertly will be of sone help to Dr. Mancuso in his survey.
