We've started work on the protocol and I expect to have many unanswered questions by the time we get a first draft. I've written Joe Waggoner for some background data, but we'll be able to start before we hear from him. Your suggestions about lab work to be done look thoroughly reasonable. I'll try to find out the minimum work-up for a chemotherapeutic agent. I think there should be more for a prophylactic agent.
