Reg. 28346, July 10, 1990. The enclosed notice promulgates the revisions we negotiated with EPA in response to the 1986 amendments to the standard. The revisions are identical to those proposed on September 21, 1989. As such, our final task will be to dismiss the pending litigation in a joint motion with the Justice Department.
