Woodbury Foseco Minsep, Inc. 20200 Sheldon Road Cleveland, Ohio 44142 Dear Dave: This letter is a follow-up to our recent air sampling session at the Cleveland Plant. I have revised the air sampling "form" which 1 introduced at our session and am sending a supply of approximately 100 of the new forms (sample enclosed) to each of the three plants involved, along with a copy of this letter. All copies of the original form, of course, should be discarded. The new form takes advantage of the suggestions made at our session, and also includes one addition of mine as well as some reorganization to make It easier to follow. I have also sent the enclosed set of "instructions" to each plant, which should eliminate any confusion and insure uniform usage of the form. In addition, Tom Whelan and Mario Taracena should send me their unassembled cassettes, absorbent pads and filters (not the loaded asbestos cassettes). I'll assemble and weigh them following each notification of how many they require. The same applies to the Cleveland Plant, but I'll have then picked up from Paul Gwinner. If anyone has any questions or problems, they should call or drop me a note. I'll send copies of the Cleveland sample results to each plant as soon as they are completed. Return all silica and/or nuisance dust filters (cassettes) along with blank, whether used or not. Discard any ruined or contamin ated filters, as any unused filters will be re-weighed and used In next set. 6. Requests for cassettes, forms or assistance should be directed to T. A.
