This is about a grant for St George, UT that was noticed last year but DOT has been sitting on without obligation. The concern is that as soon as the reconciliation is signed, those funds get rescinded. Your boss asked Senator Curtis to give him a quick three sentences of the project and why it's important. He sent him this: "The project raises 1-15 in St George by 22 feet and adds two underpasses which would be a huge help to traffic congestion in St George. It will help emergency response times, making it easier to get places like the hospital and Utah Tech University."
