Granted that massive exposure to lead may in rare instances be causative of optic neuritis, this alleged contention relative to lead paints strikes me as quite utterly screwy. If you agree with me, or even if you do not, I would welcome your comments on this extraordinary pronouncement. I shall probably want to quote you and hope that you will not object to my so doing.
