We.noticed some Asbestos looking material laying on the ground east of DA 2400. Approximately 6" - 8" of material had been removed from a 6" line. Mr. Krejci then informed Joe Harris, Koch representative, to identify this material, which he did as Asbestos. He in turn cleaned up the area and re moved approximately 30" of this materia.1 from the 6" line. In my discussion with James Herzog, H & S Forman, he was informed by two Koch operators on Saturday, August 19, to remove this material. He did not get to it till approximately 11:00 a.m. today.
