At the Institute* meeting held on December 5, 1947, ea air hygiene program costing $5,000.00 lor a year was recommended and presented to the membership by the Industrial Hygl^ene foundation through the Air Hygiene Committee. (See Minutee and Recommendation of the Air Hygiene Committee Meeting held on Horember 19, 1947 for details of this program.) It was agreed, at this time, that this recommended program be studied by the member companies and a final decision made at the April meeting. 2. Memorandum #126, dated Tebruary 12, 1946, from the Managers office adrleed the member companies that they would be polled regarding this recommended program at the April 8, 1943 meeting. 3. Since all member companies did not hare representatives instructed or authorised to rote on this question at the April 8th meeting, the Manager was directed to handle the voting by mall. Enclosed Is a ballot to be filled in and returned to the Manager's office stating your company's decision as regards this recommended minimum program. * 4.
