UNUSUAL CLINICAL PROBLEMS
While looking into the question of pulmonary fibrosis, it occurred to me you might like to see, very briefly, a lew x-rays of some other rather interesting types of fibrosis from a differential diagnosis point of view. These were obtained from Dr. Kerley.
The first one is a case of ashestosis showing severe pulmonary fibrosis with calcified pleural plaques. (Figure 5)
