Copies are attached to this call report. Fluid must meet or exceed requirements of Mil H19457B Type 1 with fire resistance to be determined per 4.4.1 of same spec. (Diesel fire resist ant test method.! We mentioned that our F9-A had a rating of 51 on this test but that we did not have a rating on our Pydraul 312-A. Western Gear's customer for this huge hydraulic ram containing two cylinders 64 inches, in diameter at 15 feet displacement with 134 x 3^_cubic foot cylinders _ supplying an accumulator'is Global Marine of San Francisco or thereabouts. Tendered application of rig is uncertain but guesstimated to be an off shore drilling rig. The fluid has no low temperature limitation spec. Quotations for bid should be out in about two months.
