This figure is based on our pro posal of two years ago and indicated our actual cost as of that time. However, we have had an increase in payroll taxes and our actual costs are now 5*25%. Inasmuch as this item was intended to reflect our actual costs we request that we be allowed to increase this figure from 5% as it now is quoted to 5.25% which is now actual cost.
