This is necessary to assure any customer with a Material Safety Data Sheet that was printed prior to 1985 can reach Vista in the event of an emergency. Although the chances of this occurring are small, the liability consequences are large. Please let me know if the Conoco Refinery has a problem with maintaining the recorders. Thomas G.
